他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎的疗效观察及患者生活质量评价

目的探讨他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎的疗效及对生活质量的影响情况。方法2010年2月～2011年8月，我院应用他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎40例，并与同期应用糖皮质激素治疗的40例特应性皮炎患者的疗效及生活质量、不良反应进行比较。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为87．5％，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组的DDLQI评分较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论他克莫司软膏治疗特应性皮炎疗效确切，能明显改善患者的生活质量，值得广泛推广和应用。

Efficacy and quality of life assessment of tacrolimus ointment treatment atopic dermatitis

Objective To investigate tacrolimus ointment treatment of atopic dermatitis, and the impact on quality of life situation. Methods From February 2010 to August 2011, our hospital tacrolimus ointment treatment atopic dermatitis in 40 cases as the observation group, and compared with glucocorticoid treatment of 40 patients with atopic dermatitis, and the efficacy and quality of life, adverse reactions were compared. Results The patients of the total effective rate was 87.5%, was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. And DDLQI score of the observation group was improved more sig nificantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of atopic dermatitis is effec tive, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, should be widely promoted and applied.
