腹腔镜胆总管切开Ⅰ期缝合与开腹胆总管切开Ⅰ期缝合效果对比

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开Ⅰ期缝合术式的治疗效果，并与传统开腹下胆总管切开I期缝合术式的治疗效果对比。方法将100例患者随机分为甲组和乙组各50例，甲组病例在腹腔镜下行胆总管切开后Ⅰ期缝合，乙组病例行传统开腹手术下胆总管切开后Ⅰ期缝合，对比两组的手术时间、出血量、切口愈合情况及住院时间。结果甲组在出血量、住院时间、患者的创伤等方面均比乙组影响小，而术后并发症与乙组相似．两组术后效果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜下胆总管切开Ⅰ期缝合是一种疗效好、安全的手术方式，比传统手术创伤更小，值得临床推广应用。

Effects contrast of primary suture of laparoscopic choledochotomy and primary suture of open choledochotomy

Objective To contrast the curative effects of the primary suture of laparoscopic choledochotomy and the primary suture of open choledochotomy.Methods All of 100 patients were randomly allocated to group A and group B,50 patients in each group.Group A received the primary suture of laparoscopic choledochotomy and group B received the primary suture of traditional open choledochotomy.The operative time,blood loss,incision healing and hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results Group A was superior to group B in the blood loss,hospital stay,wound and other aspects,but similar with group B in the postoperative complications.The postoperative effects were significantly different between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The primary suture of laparoscopic choledochotomy is an effective and safe surgical method and causes smaller wound than traditional surgery,thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
