| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者的营养状况的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机分组对照法将30例维持性血液透析患者分成对照组、用药组，进行营养状况定量分析。结果用药后，用药组与对照组相比，血红蛋F1、血浆白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白均增高，有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论左卡尼汀可有效地改善维持性血液透析患者的营养状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of Levocarnitine on nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 30 maintenance hemodialysis patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random,and the nutritional status were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of hemoglobin,plasma albumin,prealbumin and transferrin in the treatment group increased obviously,which has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine can improve the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients. |
