拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗老龄高血压患者的效果分析

目的探讨拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗老龄高血压患者的临床效果。方法 388例老龄高血压患者随机分为实验组194例和对照组194例。对照组给予拉西地平治疗,实验组在对照组上加用贝那普利。两组疗程均为3个月。结果实验组和对照组SBP和DBP均有显著性改善(均P<0.01),但实验组比对照组改善更为显著(均P<0.01)。实验组副反应率高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均未发生严重副反应。结论拉西地平联合贝那普利治疗老龄高血压,具有较好的安全性和有效性,值得临床考虑。

Lacidipine combined with Benazepril used for elder patients with hypertension

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lacidipine combined with Benazepril used for elder patients with hypertension. Methods All of 388 cases of elder patients with hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group with 194 cases and control group with 194 cases. Control group was given treatment of Lacidipine, and Benazepril was added to experimental group. The treatment time of two groups was 3 months. Results SBP and DBP in two groups all showed significant improvement （all P 〈 0.01 ）, but experimental group improved more significantly （all P 〈 0.01）. The side-reaction rate in experimental group was higher than control group, but no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, and no se- rious side-reaction happened in two groups. Conclusion Lacidipine combined with Benazepril used for elder patients with hypertension, shows good effect and safety, so it is desirable considering.
