球面和非球面人工品状体倾斜和偏心对视觉质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨球面IOL和非球面IOL在植入术后的倾斜和偏心与患者视觉质量的影响。方法收集2009年6月~2011年10月在我院住院并行超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术的患者40例,共50只眼。随机分为两组,分别植入球面及非球面人丁晶体,术后3~4个月测量倾斜与偏心值及各像差值、MTF值。结果AR40e组人工晶体相对于视轴的倾斜与偏心值分别为(2.93±0.91)。和(0.29±0.11)mm,ZA9003组分别为(2.95±1.02)。和(0.30±0.13)mm。两组的倾斜值和偏心值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组波前像差、总高阶像差、总4阶球差、慧差和不同空间频率的MTF(HOA)值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在正常条件下,非球面人工晶体的倾斜和偏心值不会危害其对角膜球差的补偿,因此没有降低视网膜成像质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore spherical IOL and aspheric IOL implantation in patients with post-inclined and eccentric and effect of Visual quality.Methods In hospitalized parallel phacoemulsification and aspiration of cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation in patients with 40 cases,total 50 eyes.Randomly divided into two groups,spherical and aspheric intraocular lens implantation,respectively,after 3-4 months to measure tilt and eccentricity values and the aberrations,MTF values.Results AR40e set of intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity values are relative to the axis was(2.93±0.91)°and(0.29±0.11) mm,ZA9003±0.91° group was(2.95±1.02) °and(0.30±0.13) mm.Inclined and eccentric value comparison of two groups,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Under normal conditions,aspheric intraocular lens tilt and eccentricity values does not compromise its compensation for spherical aberration of the cornea,therefore no reduction in retinal imaging quality.
