学龄前肥胖儿童综合干预研究

目的探讨学龄前肥胖儿童综合干预效果。方法在幼儿园筛查出肥胖儿童80名，所有肥胖儿童均行血脂、血糖、BMI指数检测，并随机分为两组，干预组予综合干预措施；对照组只予一般宣教干预的措施。1年后，复查血脂、血糖、BMI指数。结果干预组儿童较对照组血脂、血糖、BMI指数出现明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论肥胖儿童综合干预措施后，血脂、血糖、BMI指数会出现明显下降，减少了成人期肥胖及相关性疾病如动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症的发生。

Studies of comprehensive intervention on preschool children with simple obesity

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on preschool children with Simple Obesity.Methods All of 80 obese children were identified from the kindergarten and divided into two groups at random,both groups underwent lipids,blood glucose,BMI index detection.general education intervention measures to the control group and comprehensive interventions to the experimental group,respectively.blood lipid,blood glucose,BMI index were reviewed 1 years later.Results The intervention group children blood glucose,blood lipid and BMI index decreased significantly than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion In obese children comprehensive intervention measures,blood lipids,blood glucose,BMI index decreased significantly,the incidence rate of period of adult obesity and related diseases such as atherosclerosis,hyperlipidemia were reduced signifcantly.
