家禽养殖农民支气管哮喘患病率调查

目的调查平度农村家禽养殖农民支气管哮喘发病率、相关危险因素、室内环境对哮喘的影响。方法于2010年8月。2011年12月对2098名家禽养殖农民进行调查，计算哮喘发病率、高危因素、不同养殖种类、不同养殖期对哮喘的影响。结果共确诊哮喘患者70人，发病率3．33％，其中男性发病率2．72％，女性发病率3．97％。哮喘高危因素包括过敏史、家族史、吸烟史、家禽养殖年限、室内工作时间≥5h、通风换气时间〈6h、家禽养殖脱毛期及生长期等。结论家禽养殖农民哮喘发病率高，与个体差异及室内环境、不同养殖期等因素有关，要重视对家禽养殖农民进行哮喘相关知识的普及。

Epidemiological investigation of poultry farmers bronchial asthma

Objective To survey of rural poultry farmers asthma morbidity, risk factors, the impact of indoor environment on asthma in Pingdu. Methods All 2 098 poultry farmers were surveyed from August 2010 to December 2011, calculation of asthma incidence,risk factors, different types of culture,different culture on the impact of asthma. Results A total of 70 people diagnosed with asthma, the incidence rate of 3.33%, 2.72% incidence rate in male and female incidence of 3.97%. Risk factors for asthma include allergies,family history,smoking history,years of poultry faming,indoor working time ≥5 hours, ventilation time 〈 6 hours, poultry shed period, growing season, etc. Conclusion There is a high incidence of asthma in poutry farmers,and which is related with the individual differences and the indoor environment,different culture and other factors, we should pay attention to poultry farmers on the popularization of knowledge of asthma.
