全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在牙齿修复中的效果比较

目的通过与金属烤瓷冠比较，探讨全瓷冠在牙齿修复中的优缺点。方法选择2010年1-6月在我院进行冠桥修复的患者63例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组（31例）和对照组（32例），研究组采用全瓷冠进行修复，对照组采用金属烤瓷冠进行修复，随访1年并比较两组牙龈颈缘黑线情况、牙周损害情况及牙冠裂瓷和折断情况。结果研究组未出现颈缘黑线情况，对照组有24例患者出现颈缘黑线，两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。研究组28例患者牙龈指数0级，5例患者出现裂纹和折裂情况，显著多于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论全瓷牙在牙齿修复过程中具有对牙周组织损伤小的优点，但是抗裂强度不如金属烤瓷冠，因此在临床上使用全瓷冠进行牙齿修复时应选择合适的适应证。

Comparion of allceramic crown between PFM in dental restoration

Objective To study the merit and demerit of allceramic crown by comparing the clinical effcet of allceramic crown and PFM in dental restoration.Methods All of 63 cases from Jan 2010 to Jun 2010 were devided into two groups randomly.The study group(31 cases) was given allceramic crown restoration,while the control group(32 cases) was given PFM restoration.Follow-up for 1 year,cervical margins black line,periodontal lesions and dental crowns porcelain crack and broken were compared between two groups.Results None of cervical margins black line in study group,while there were 24 cases in contrlo group,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.01).The cases of 0 level gingival index in study group were 28,which was higher than control group;The cases of crowns porcelain crack and broken in study group were 5 cases,which was higher than control group too.There were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusion Allceramic crown has less periodontal lesions than PFM in dental restoration,but has more dental crowns porcelain crack and broken.
