| 摘 要： | 目的评价多索茶碱注射液的安全性，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法将多索茶碱注射液配成适当浓度，观察有无兔耳缘静脉注射血管刺激性、体外溶血实验中是否出现溶血或红细胞聚集现象、有无大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应。结果多索茶碱注射液无血管刺激性反应，无溶血或红细胞聚集现象，也无大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应。结论多索茶碱注射液安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the preclinical safety of Doxofylline Injection.Methods The safety of Doxofylline Injection was evaluated by the venors stimulation test in rabbits,hemolysis test in vitro and allergy test in guinea-pigs and rats.Results Doxofylline Injection did not produce stimulation to quadriceps femoris of rabbits.No hemolysis was observed and rats showed no allergic responses.Conclusion The experiment results show that Doxofylline Injection is safe and reliable in animals. |
