社区医院开展晚期癌症临终关怀效果分析

目的探讨社区医院开展晚期癌症临终关怀的效果。方法2009年5月～2011年2月我院收治的晚期癌症患者35例。入院后给予临终关怀，并在入院时及入院后两个月进行主要临床症状评估。结果两个月内死亡3例，其他患者的主要临床症状均有所缓解。比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临终关怀对晚期癌症患者主要临床症状的改善效果显著，体现了现代医学的社会作用，值得临床广泛采用。

Hospice care effect analysis of late stage cancer by community hospital

Objective To disscuss the hospice care effect of late stage cancer by community hospital. Methods All of 35 late cancer patients who were cured in our hospital from May, 2009 to February, 2011, they were given hospice care after admitted into hospital. Major clinical symptom evaluation was conducted on them when they were just admitted and two months after they have been in hospital. Results there are 3 cases of death within two months and major clinical symptoms of other patients are all remitted somehow. There is significant difference with the contrast （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hos- pice care is of great improvement effects to major clinical symptoms of late stage cancer patients with some social effect in present medical science, which is worth being widely adopted in medical laboratory technology.
