加味四逆瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗糖尿病性冠心病30例总结

目的：观察加味四逆瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗糖尿病性冠心病（心绞痛型）的临床疗效。方法：将60例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用加味四逆瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗,对照组采用西药拜新同治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率（86.7%）高于对照组（53.3%）;治疗组在降低血糖、改善血液流变学指标和改善脂质代谢紊乱等方面均优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：加味四逆瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗糖尿病性冠心病（心绞痛型）有较好疗效。

Effective Summary of Modified Sini Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction in 30 Patients with Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of modified Sini Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on angina-type of diabetic coronary heart disease.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated with the decoction and in control group with Adalat.Results： The total effective rate（86.7%） in treatment group was higher than that（53.3%） in control group;and the effects in reducing blood sugar,improving the blood rheology and improving lipid metabolism disorder in treatment group were better than theose in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The modified Sini Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction is effective for angina-type of diabetic coronary heart disease.
