| 摘 要： | cAMP,cGMP在细胞生化过程中起“第二信使”作用。本文通过体外原代培养肝细胞、观察肝细胞生长素(HGF)促进肝细胞再生,以及对肝细胞cAMP、cGMP水平的影响。实验结果表明HGF和胰岛素均可引起肝细胞cAMP、cGMP水平的升高,促进肝细胞再生;根据cAMP、cGMP比值的降低程度分析HGF促进肝细胞再生的能力较胰岛素强,表明HGF促进肝细胞再生可能与cAMP、cGMP系统有关。通过cAMP、cGMP两者的平衡,保持肝细胞不同发育阶段的完善代谢过程。

| Abstract: | Primary hepatocytes from rats were cultured with hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) or
insulin to study the effects of HGF on the levels of
cAMP and cGMP in regeneration of hepatocyte.
The results showed that both HGF and insulin
could promote the regeneration of hepatocyte and
increase the levels of cAMP and cGMP. But the
ratio of cAMP to cGMP was higher in HGF-treated
hepatocytes than in insulin--treated cells. The
results show that the regeneration of hepatocyte
treated with HGF might be related to the balance
of cAMP and cGMP. |
