摘    要:目的探讨非稳态噪声对大白鼠记忆功能的影响及可能的自由基介导损伤机制。方法大白鼠暴露于非稳态噪声干扰5,10,20d,记录其被动回避条件反射的错误率,同时分析动物脑组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平。结果非稳态噪声干扰大白鼠在被动回避条件反射实验中的错误率显著增加,与对照组比差异有统计学意义。5d组与10d组动物脑组织中的LPO水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);20d组动物脑组织中的LPO水平高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。非稳态噪声干扰组动物脑组织中的SOD活性水平显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);其中10d组下降最为明显。5d组与20d组动物脑组织中的CAT活性水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),10d组动物脑组织中的CAT活性低于对照组,但无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论非稳态噪声干扰可以损伤动物记忆功能,自由基可能是介导损伤的重要因素之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of unstable noise on the memory function of rats and the possible free radical-mediated injury mechanism.Methods Three groups of rats were exposed to unstable noise for 5,10,and 20 days,and the error ratios in passive blenching conditioned reflex were recorded.The level of lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT) in the brain tissues were detected.Results Rats exposed to unstable noise showed a significant increase in the error ratio,compared with the control group.The concentrations of LPO in the brain tissues of 5-day group and 10-day group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).The levels of SOD activity in the 5-day and 20day unstable state noise groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The interference of unstable state noise could induce the decrease of memory function and free radical may be an important factor of mediated injury.
