摘    要:应用现代岗位价值评价方法形成系统、科学、全面的医院岗位价值评价体系,为优化研究医院薪酬和绩效管理提供科学依据。运用二十八要素计点法对研究医院进行岗位价值评价。岗位价值评价是现代医院优化薪酬、绩效管理的基础环节。要素计点法能够适应医院岗位价值评价的要求。

Abstract:It is to establish a systematic, scientific, and comprehensive job evaluation system by employing a modern job evaluation method to provide the scientific evidences for optimizing the pay and performance management of hospital. The job value of the hospital is evaluated by count-point method using 28 elements. The job evaluation is the basic step for modern hospitals to optimize the pay and performance management. Count-point method can adapt to the acquirements of the job evaluation in hospital.
