浙江省疾病预防控制体系应急处置能力建设情况研究

目的总结现有公共卫生体系建设中应急处置能力建设的经验与问题，不断提高应急处置能力建设的有效性和规范性。方法对全省43家市、县两级疾控机构进行调查，调查表采用国家卫生部疾控体系建设调查表。结果通过几年的体系建设，全省各级疾控机构的疾病监测与报告、应急队伍、应急技术、物资储备都得到了加强，应急处置能力不断提高。结论体系建设极大地推动了我省各级疾控机构的应急处置能力建设，且不断提升应急处置能力建设的有效性和规范性。

Report on the Construction of Emergencies Handling Capacity of Disease Control and Prevention System in Zhejiang Province

Objective To summarize the experiences and problems of emergencies handling capacity construction of public health system and improve the effectiveness and standardization continuously. Methods 43 CDCs of two levels in Zhejiang province were involved in this survey. Questionnaire was developed by the National Ministry of Health. Results After several years＇ construction, the CDC＇ s ability of emergencies handling in Zhejiang province had been improved continuously, including disease surveillance and reporting, emergency response teams, emergency technique, material reserves. Conclusion The construction of disease control and prevention system greatly promoted CDC＇ s capacity of emergencies handling in public health event as well as the validity and standardization of the construction of emergency handling capacity.
