摘    要:为探讨葡萄籽提取物对高脂膳食小鼠血脂水平的影响。将 4 0只小鼠随机分为正常对照组 (饲普通饲料 ) ,高脂模型组 (饲高脂饲料 )和葡萄籽提取物低、高剂量组 (饲高脂饲料的同时加饲葡萄籽提取物 (0 .2、0 .6 mg/ g体重 ) ,实验至 2 0周 ,眼球取血测定血清 TC、TG、MDA含量。结果表明 ,葡萄籽提取物组血清 TC、TG、MDA升高的幅度较高脂模型组明显减少。提示葡萄籽提取物对高脂膳食致小鼠血脂升高有一定的阻抑作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of grape seed extract on reducing the serum lipids in mice. Methods 40 C57BL/6J mice were divided randomly into 4 groups: normal control group, hyperlipidemia model, low and high grape seed extract group. Serum Triglycerides(TG)? Cholestero(Chol)? Malonyldialdehyde(MDA) were measured in 21 weeks. Result The increasing of TG, Chol and MDA concentration of serum in grape seed extract group were lower than hyperlipidemia model group. Conclusion The grape seed extract has effect on reducing the level of TG?Chol?MDA.
