| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入治疗症状性椎动脉开口处狭窄的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析支架置入治疗椎动脉开口处狭窄的患者共52例。41例患者随诊6~18个月,平均（13±5.2）个月。结果手术全部成功,随诊期间缺血事件发生率4.9%,4例出现再狭窄。结论支架置入治疗成功率高,疗效满意,降低了患者再次发生症状性缺血事件的风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the interventional therapy in the treatment of symptomatic vertebral artery stenosis at the opening of the clinical curative effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of stent in the treatment of vertebral artery ostial stenosis at 52 cases with.In 41 cases patients were followed up 6~18 months,average （13±5.2）months. Results The operation was successful in all, follow-up during ischemic event rate 4.9%, 4 cases of restenosis. Conclusion Stent placement for the treatment of high success rate, curative effect satisfaction, reduce the recurrence of symptomatic patients with risk of ischemic events. |
