| 摘 要： | 目的]观察健脾安神汤治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法]将110例患者分为两组。对照组43例,采用马来酸曲美布丁治疗;治疗组67例,在对照组的基础上加用自拟健脾安神汤治疗。结果]治疗组的显效率为76.1%,总有效率为95.5%;对照组显效率为37.2%,总有效率为76.7%。结论]健脾安神汤结合西药治疗肠易激综合征疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the spleen soothe the nerves soup clinical efficacy of the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods]110 patients were divided into two groups.The control group of 43 patients,the use of the treatment of the maleic acid qumei pudding;treatment group,67 patients in the control group on the basis of the addition of Jianpi Anshen decoction treatment.Results] The treatment group effective rate is 76.1%,with a total effective rate of 95.5%;effective rate is 37.2% in the control group,the total effective rate was 76.7%.Conclusion] Jianpi Anshen decoction combined with western treatment of irritable bowel syndrome significantly. |
