| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法 ,检测高速离心法制备的清热解毒口服液中黄酮含量 ,并与水醇法制备液进行比较。结果表明 ,高速离心法的工艺流程短 ,成本低 ,有效成分损失少 ,成品色泽深且澄明 ,黄酮的含量显著高于水醇法 (P<0 .0 1)。

| Abstract: | By the UV/VIS spetrophotometry to detect Separately the contents of total flowone of oral liquid of Qingrejieda(QRJD)prepared by high-speed centrifugul and alcoholic refine methods, the results demonstrat that there were deep colour and clear and high-content of total flowone in the oral liquid QRJD prepared by high-speed centrifugul,(P<0.01) and there were lower-costing and shorter-time in high-speed centrifugul than alcoholic refined method. |
