| 摘 要： | 目的:了解静脉输液操作过程中易诱发输液反应的因素,为规范临床输液操作提供依据。方法:对多家医疗单位的静脉输液操作过程进行调查、试验、分析。结果:配药与输液环境污染、方法不当、消毒效果不佳或消毒剂存在污染、输液滴速过快普遍存在。结论:静脉输液操作过程中配药、输液的环境与方法、消毒、输液滴速的不规范是诱发输液反应的因素。
