| 摘 要： | 报告普鲁苯辛治疗癫痫21例,显效率42.8%,总有效率为76.2%,对大发作型尤其频发者疗效佳,部分顽固性癫痫亦可获得满意的效果。用药剂量为成人45～90mg/d,儿童未超过30mg/d.本药奏效快、副作用轻,长期用药未见中毒反应.

| Abstract: | This paper reports that propantheline bromide was used in treatment of 21 cases of epilepsy.The excellent curative rate is 47.6% and the good curative rate 76.2%.This drug is suitable for grand real seizure,especially frequent seizure,and satisfactory result can be achieved in part of refractory epilepsy.The usual daily dose is 45-90mg for adult and 30mg for children.Its on set of action is rapid and side effect quite light.No toxic reaction was noted when it was taken continuously for a long period. |
