| 摘 要： | 产后身痛是妇女在产褥期内,出现肢体或关节酸楚、疼痛等症状,病程缠绵,日久难愈,严重影响女性身心健康及生活质量。文章从辨证论治、阶段治疗、中成药治疗、外治法以及综合疗法方面对中医药治疗产后身痛的研究进展进行总结分析。中医药治疗产后身痛的疗效显著,但目前对产后身痛的研究中还存在一些不足之处有待完善。

| Abstract: | Postpartum body pain is women,in the puerperium,having aches,stiffness,and numbness in the limbs or joints.If left untreated may become chronic and difficult to heal,which seriously affects female both physical and psychological health.This article summarizes and analyzes the recent research about the traditional Chinese medicine therapy on postpartum body pain,including pathogenesis differentiation and treatment,chinese pattern medicine therapy,external therapy and combined modality therapy.The curative effect of TCM on postpartum body pain is very outstanding,however,more research is still necessary. |
