黄连温胆汤治疗代谢综合征临床观察

目的:观察黄连温胆汤治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为治疗组36例,采用理气健脾、祛湿化痰、活血化毒法辨证施治,对照组32例,予二甲双胍治疗,均8周为1个疗程。结果:TG下降,HDL-C上升及SBP、DSP下降,治疗组优于对照组,FBG下降两组均有显著疗效。结论:黄连温胆汤在降低体重、血糖方面与二甲双胍疗效相当,在降低血脂、血压方面疗效优于二甲双胍。

Clinical Observation of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in Treating Metabolic Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating metabolic syndrome.Methods:68 clinic patients were divided randomly into the test group and the control group.36 patients in the test group were treated with the method of regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen,dispelling dampness and eliminating phlegm,activating blood circulation and removing toxins.32 patients in the control group took Metformin Hydrochloride for 8 weeks as well as in the test group.Results:The index of TG,SBP,DSP,FBG were decreased and HDL-C increased in both groups,but the test group better than the control group in TG,SBP,DSP and HDL-C.Conclusions:The effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction was the same as Metformin Hydrochloride in reducing body weight,blood sugar,but better in decreasing blood lipids,blood pressure.
