中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变Meta分析

目的:Meta分析中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:收集符合纳入标准的文献。由2名研究者独立选择试验、提取资料并交叉核对,而后评价纳入研究的质量并提取有效数据,再用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量、评估发表偏倚以及敏感性分析。结果:纳入研究的文献17篇,共有1569例患者。所纳入文献均为低质量研究,分析结果显示中西医结合治疗组与单纯西医治疗组比较在总有效率方面:OR=4.29,95%CI(3.32,5.55)]差异具有统计学意义,其中5个研究腓总神经运动传导速度治疗组与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义WDM=3.90,95%CI(3.21,4.58)]。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效优于单纯西医治疗。但由于纳入试验的质量不高,待更高质量的文献进行进一步研究。

Meta-analysis on the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Peripheral Neuropath by Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective:To objectively evaluate the effectiveness of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropath(DPN).Methods:We collected articles met inclusion criteria.Assessment of methodological quality and data extraction were performed independently by two reviewers.According to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria Cochrane systematic review methods,the methodological quality assessment was undertaken,and meta-analyses were performed by using Cochrane Collaboration’s RevMan 5.0 software to combine the studies and to evaluate the publication bias.Results:Seventeen articles were selected in this study,including 1569 T2DM cases.The included studies are the lower methodological quality.The studies of baseline data were comparable.The results of meta-analysis showed that traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on treatment on the total effective rate:OR=4.29 95%CI(3.32,5.55)]no significant difference.5 RCT which the common peroneal nerve motor conduction velocity(MVCN)treatment group compared with the control group have significant difference WDM=3.90(3.21,4.58)].Conclusion:The results of this Meta-analysis showed that effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is better than Western medicine on treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropath.However,because of few high quality literature and limited sample size,further study is needed.
