中西医结合治疗创伤性慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗创伤性慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:120例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予强心、利尿、扩血管等常规抗心衰治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用真武汤加味,两组各治疗3个疗程。结果:两组治疗2个月后,治疗组在心功能、LVEF、下肢水肿指标的改善方面与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在气虚血瘀证候改善方面,两组治疗后比较,总有效率分别为95.7%和53.1%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用中西医结合方法治疗创伤性慢性心力衰竭的疗效明显优于单用西医治疗。

Integrative Medicine Treatment Efficacy of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe effect of integrative medicine clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.Control group received cardiac,diuretic,vasodilator and other conventional therapy.The treatment group was given Zhenwu Decoction,3 courses of treatment in each group.Results:After 2 months’ treatment,heart function of the treatment group,LVEF,improvement of lower extremity edema index compared with the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05);the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome improvements in two groups,the total effective rate were respectively 95.7% and 53.1%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative methods in the treatment of chronic heart failure are better than western medicine alone.
