腕区常用穴位针刺安全及规范化操作探讨

腕区穴位是临床中医采用针灸治疗疾病时的常用穴位,这些腧穴所在的部位还分布着重要的肌腱、神经和血管,因此研究腕区穴位的针刺安全及规范化操作具有临床价值。文章从腕区解剖、穴位针刺的方向、角度、深度及规范化操作这几个方面进行了探讨,得出腕区的多数穴以直刺为主,深度以得气为度,不宜施行大幅度的提插捻转手法等结论,为临床腕区常用穴位的安全操作提供参考。

Discussion of Needling Safety and Standardized Operation on the Frequently Used Acupoints Near the Wrists

Acupoints near the wrists are frequently used in acupuncture as a therapy in clinical Chinese medicine.The body parts that these acupoints locate on have some important tendons,nerves,and blood vessels passing by.Therefore it has clinical value to study needling safety and standardized operation of acupoints near the wrists.This article discusses wrist anatomy,needling direction,angle,and depth,and standardized operation,in hope of offering a reference for safe operation on the frequently used acupoints near the wrists in clinical.It gets a conclusion that most acupoints near the wrists are mainly for vertical needling,their depths are proper once getting qi,and it is better not to adopt the manipulation of lift,thrust,and twist to high degree.
