| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药内服、外敷联合七叶皂苷钠治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将125例患者随机分为治疗组65例和对照组60例,对照组单纯采用七叶皂苷钠静脉滴注治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用独活寄生汤合桃红四物汤加减水煎内服和外敷治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为91%,对照组为72%。2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium aescinate treating lumbar disc herniation.Method:125 patients were randomly divided into treatment group containing 65 cases and control group containing 60 cases.The control group were treated alone with intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate,and the treatment group were added modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction by internal and external usage.Result:The total effective rate was 91% in treatment group,and 72% in control group.Compared the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in lumbar disc herniation has a good effect. |
