| 摘 要： | 目的:观察穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例使用铝碳酸镁片、莫沙比利治疗;治疗组36例采用穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗;两组均治疗28天。结果:治疗组总体疗效、症状积分改善方面优于对照组,复发率也低于对照组。结论:穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observation of Huangqi injection combined with massage in treating bile reflux Gastritis(BRG)clinical efficacy.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group using aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets,mosapride therapy;treatment group 36 cases treated with acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with massage therapy;the two groups were treated for 28 days.Results:The treatment group total curative effect,symptom improvement than the control group,the recurrence rate is also lower than that of control group.Conclusion:Huangqi injection combined with massage for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with obvious effect. |
