摘    要:目的:观察有氧运动对冠心病心绞痛患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为运动组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,运动组在西医常规治疗的基础上配合有氧运动。观察治疗前和治疗6月后患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平的变化。结果:治疗前,运动组患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,运动组患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平均显著低于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:有氧运动能够降低冠心病心绞痛患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6的水平。

Abstract:Objective:To study the influence of aerobic exercise on hs-CRP and IL-6 in coronary heart disease patients.Methods:Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and exercise group(n=30).The patients of control group were only treated with drug,the patients of exercise group were participated in a 6-month aerobic exercise training and drug treatment.Serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were measured before treated and 6 months after treated.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference on serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6(P>0.05).After 6 months treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 on serum in exercise group considerably reduced and less than those of the control group.Conclusions:Aerobic exercise significantly decrease the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 on serum in patients with coronary heart disease.
