傣药嘿良冲剂对肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少脾肾两虚证升白作用临床研究

目的:观察傣药嘿良冲剂对肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将300例化疗后确诊为白细胞减少的患者随机分为试验组(225例)和对照组(75例),试验组服用嘿良冲剂1包/次,每日3次;对照组服用地榆升白片2片/次,每日3次;所有患者均持续服药21天。观察指标为升白疗效、毒副反应以及中医证候、生活质量、体重变化等。结果:治疗后试验组患者的升白疗效、升白起效时间较对照组有明显提高(P<0.05);试验组体倦乏力、腰膝酸软、心悸、头晕眼花、神疲懒言等症状的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量较对照组有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:傣药嘿良冲剂可明显促进肿瘤化疗后白细胞迅速升高,可作为防治肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降的有效药物。

Clinical Study of Dai Medicine HeiLiang Granules in the Treatment Leukopenia of the Deficiency Spleen and Kidney Induced by Tumor Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of HeiLiang granules on leukopenia after tumor chemotherapy.Methods:300 patients were randomly divided into two groups,225 cases in the trial group and 75 cases in the control group.The trail group was given HeiLiang granules and the control group was treated by DiYuShengBai tablet.Both groups were continue to take medicine for 21 days.The clinical effects were compared after 21 days.The effects of increasing white blood cells,onset time,clinical benefit in patient,Karnofsky score,weight and side-effect were observed.Results:The different change of effects of increasing white blood cells and onset time between the trail and control group have statistical significance(P<0.05).The trail is better than the control in releasing symptoms of fatigue and lacking of strength,limp aching lumbus and knees,palpitations,dizziness and other symptoms(P<0.05).The trail group has obvious improvement compared with the control in the quality of life after the treatment(P<0.01).The trail has little side-effect.Conclusion:Dai medicine HeiLiang granules could significantly promote the rapid increase in white blood cells after chemotherapy,which shows it can be used as an effective drug to treatment for leukopenia after chemotherapy.
