| 摘 要： | 目的:优选绵茵陈药材提取方法,为其指纹图谱的研究提供依据。方法:采用不同提取方式、提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度及提取次数对绵茵陈药材化学成分进行提取,并对提取物进行高效液相色谱法检测比较实验。结果:以甲醇-水(20/80,V/V)为溶剂,75℃回流1.5 h的提取条件下获得的指纹图谱信息较为丰富,色谱峰数较多,峰值较高。结论:此方法简便、重现性好,可作为绵茵陈药材HPLC指纹图谱的研究基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the best extraction method and provide tool for the fingerprint of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae.Methods:Different extraction methods,solvents,extraction duration,extraction temperature and extraction times were used to extract chemical components of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,and the components were comparatively analyzed by HPLC.Results:The optimal extraction condition were selected as follows:extracted with 20% methanol at 75℃ for 1.5h to obtain abundant chromatographic information with more chromatographic peaks and higher peak value.Conclusion:This method was simple and convenient with good reproducibility,which can be used for the study of the fingerprint of TCM. |
