加味解毒生肌膏治疗糖尿病足部溃疡临床研究

目的:观察加味解毒生肌膏外敷治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组局部外敷加味解毒生肌膏纱条,对照组局部外敷普通胰岛素加敏感抗生素纱条。结果:治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为73.3%和93.3%,对照组分别为23.3%和66.7%,两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗时间上,治疗组30例患者基本在30天内有效,而对照组在观察90天后也只有20例有效。结论:加味解毒生肌膏可提高糖尿病足治疗的治愈率和总有效率,加味解毒生肌膏可缩短糖尿病足的治疗时间。

Add as Detoxification Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers Myogenic Cream Clinical Study
