| 摘 要： | 目的:测定鱼腥草、花椒、柴胡、大蒜等4种中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。方法:根据物理化学的原理,应用电导法测定吐温-80的临界胶束浓度(简称CMC),从而确定4种中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。结果:各注射液的澄明度经灯检确定符号质量要求,并且各注射液的电导率—吐温-80浓度关系曲线图均显示,当吐温-80达CMC时有明显的跃变。结论:该电导法可应用于确定各种用水蒸气蒸馏法制备的中药注射剂中吐温-80的最佳用量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine houttuynia,pepper,bupleurum,garlic and other Chinese medicine injection Tween-80 in the best dosage.Method:In accordance with the principles of physical chemistry,apply conductivity of Tween-80 in critical micelle concentration(CMC),to determine the four Chinese medicine injection Tween-80 in the best dosage.Results:The injection of clarity of the light seized determine symbol quality requirements,and the injection of electrical conductivity—Tween-80 concentration curves show that when Tween-80 of the CMC have jumped significantly changed.Conclusion:The conductivity can be used to identify prepared by steam distillation of traditional Chinese medicine injection Tween-80 in the best dosage. |
