| 摘 要： | 目的:研究地黄饮子对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用。方法:采用小鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭缺血再灌注模型,考察地黄饮子对脑组织含水量、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果:地黄饮子大中剂量组均能明显提高SOD的含量,明显降低MDA的含量,降低脑组织的含水量,改善脑组织水肿。结论:地黄饮子对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the protective action of Dihuangyinzi capsule on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice.Methods:Taking cerebral ischemia-reperfusion models of rats with occlusion of bilateral common carotid artery,and observing the effect of Dihuangyinzi on the level of cerebral edema,the SOD oxide and MDA level in the mice brain.Results:The large and medium-sized dose of Dihuangyinzi can obviously enhance the level of SOD,reduce the level of MDA and the level of cerebral edema,improved the symptoms of cerebral edema.Conclusion:Dihuangyinzi has a protective effect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice. |
