论高校学生党支部建设的科学化

高校学生党支部是从政治上、思想上、组织上团结和凝聚大学生的基层组织,是党联系广大青年学生的重要桥梁和纽带,也是对大学生党员进行教育和管理的最直接有效的载体,担负着教育、监督、培养和发展学生党员,领导和管理各学团组织的重要职责。学生党支部建设作为新时期高校党建的重要内容,其科学化的内涵就是要遵循大学生的成长规律,立足学生党支部建设的现状和实际,以科学的理念为指导,切实加强理论实践、制度规范、教育管理等方面的工作,使学生党支部充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用,使学生党员充分发挥先锋模范作用。新形势下,把握学生党支部建设科学化的内涵,坚持以人为本的科学理念、理论教育与实践锻炼相结合的理念、制度规范与考评机制相结合的理念,不断提高高校学生党建工作科学化水平。
