摘    要:目的 :研究多序岩黄芪的化学成分。方法 :用色谱法分离 ,用波谱方法及理化性质鉴定结构。结果 :分离鉴定了 5个化合物 :N ,N ,N-三甲基-色氨酸内铵盐 (下箴桐碱 ) (1) ,3-甲氧基-4-羟基 反式苯丙烯酸正十八醇酯 (2 ) ,5 ,7,4′ 三羟基 二氢黄酮-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (3) ,3,4 ,5-三甲氧基桂皮酸甲酯(4) ,香草酸 (5 )。结论 :化合物 1,2和 3为首次从该植物中分离得到 ,其中化合物 1和 2为首次从岩黄芪属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Hedysarum polybotrys. METHOD: Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from H. polybotrys and chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. RESULT: Five compounds, N,N,N-trimethyl-tropaphone inner salt (hypaphorine) (1), octadecyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzeneacrylate (2), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-dihydroflavanone 5,7-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), 3,4,5-trimethoxy cinnamic acid methy ester (4) and vanillic acid (5), were isolated from the roots of H. polybotrys. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were obtained from this plant for the first time, while compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Hedysarum for the first time.
