摘    要:目的 探讨提高嗜人按蚊卵孵化率的有效方法。方法 群体产卵、单管产卵所得嗜人按蚊卵 ,分别分组下水孵化 ,每天观察各组孵化幼虫数 ,计算孵化率。结果 群体产卵分组孵化率 :搅水组 (74.5 % ) >击盆组 (73 .4% ) >喷水组 (71.9% ) >毛笔刷组 (60 .9% ) >对照组 (3 5 .6% ) ;单管产卵分组孵化率 :击盆组 (92 .5 % ) >搅水组 (88.0 % ) >喷水组 (83 .2 % ) >毛笔刷组 (81.4% ) >对照组 (5 0 .7% )。结论 击盆法、搅水法、喷水法、毛笔刷法均能提高嗜人按蚊卵的孵化率 ,以击盆法效果最好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effective methods for improving hatching rates of Anopheles anthropophagus' eggs. Methods Collecting An.anthropophagus' eggs from colony oviposition and single tube oviposition, then putting two kinds of eggs into water for hatching in groups respectively. Observing the larval amount of each group every day and calculating the hatching rates. Results The hatching rates of colony oviposition in groups: the group in agitated water ( 74.5%)> the group in knocked bason ( 73.4%) > the group in spurting water ( 71.9%) > the group brushed ( 60.9%) > the control group ( 35.6%); The hatching rates of single tube oviposition in groups: the group in knocked bason ( 92.5%) > the group in agitated water ( 88.0%) > the group in spurting water ( 83.2%) > the group brushed ( 81.4%) > the control group ( 50.7%). Conclusion The hatching rate of An.anthropophagus' eggs can be improved by the methods of knocking bason, agitating, spurting and brushing water. The method of knocking bason is the best to improve hatching rate of the mosquito.
