摘    要:疟原虫在按蚊体内发育增殖与按蚊的血淋巴有密切关系。研究疟原虫在蚊体内发育中蚊血淋巴的变化,有助于深入了解疟原虫和蚊媒间的相互关系,为疟疾的流行和防治研究提供基础资料。本文初次报导血餐感染间日疟原虫前后按蚊血淋巴内游离氨基酸变化情况,并与饲以正常人血

Abstract:It's first reported in this article the change of hemolymph of anopheles sinensis after mosquitoes have infected p. V. for 5, 12, 18 days. It's been compared with uninfected mosquitoes and analized by statistics. After blood meal, the total of free amino acids of hemolymph of uninfected mosquitoes has increased more than infected mosquitoes. After 5 days, in hemolymph of the two-group mosquitoes, there has been a great difference in Leu. Val. Asn.. After 12 days, also a great difference in Orn. Try. Met. Lys. Len. Val.Arg. Asn. His, and after 18 days, a great difference in Glu. Asn. Gln. His. Arg. Tan. Met. Lys. Tyr.
