| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性坏疽性胆囊炎的临床特点和手术技巧.方法 对2001-2008年外科收治的52例急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者临床特点和外科诊治资料进行回顾性分析.结果 结合临床表现,白细胞总数明显升高(≥15×109/L)及B超检查显示胆囊呈双边影即可明确诊断并立即手术治疗.本组52例均行手术治疗,治愈49例,好转3例,疗效满意.结论 急性坏疽性胆囊炎多由急性胆囊炎发展而来,血白细胞总数升高程度结合B超检查有助于早期诊断,完善的术前准备,合理的手术方法是提高治愈率降低死亡率的关键.
