硬膜外瘢痕粘连与热敏实验

 目的 研究硬膜外瘢痕粘连与热敏实验的关系.方法 作大鼠椎板切除模型,在硬膜外放置或不放置聚己内酯/聚乳酸膜(PCL/PLA膜),造成不同程度的硬膜外瘢痕粘连.并设非手术组.分别于术后5 d、10 d、3周、6周及12周作热敏实验.手术组分别于术后1周、3周、6周、12周每组处死8只动物,作大体观察,免疫组化染色观察.结果 术后初期,受术动物的痛阈降低,术后10 d受术动物痛阈恢复正常,而术后第十二周时,手术对照组痛阈降低.PCL/PLA膜组较对照组硬膜外瘢痕粘连较轻,该组痛阈基本正常.结论 硬膜外瘢痕粘连重,则痛阈降低.热敏实验与硬膜外瘢痕粘连有密切关系.

Epidural scar adhesion and thermal hyperalgesia

Objective To study the relationship between the epidural scar adhesion and the thermal hyperalgesia.Methods Laminectomies were performed on 64 Wistar rats,and polycaprolactone/ polylactic acid(PCL/PLA) membranes or none was placed on the dura mater.The rats in four growps of 8 each were sacrificed 1,3,6,12 week after operation,separately,to produce different degree of scar adhesion.Changes in thermal withdrawal latency were examined in the hindpaws across the time.Results Thermal hyperalgesia occurred in rats during the early period postoperation and in those with moderate or severe epidural adhesion.The PCL/PLA membrane reduced the epidural scar adhesion.Conclusion There is a close relationship between epidural scar adhesion and thermal hyperalgesia.
