首诊于眼科的颅脑肿瘤临床病理特点分析

目的 :探讨首诊于眼科的颅脑肿瘤的临床特点及诊疗方法。方法 :回顾分析 1994年 6月～1999年 11月 ,因视力下降 ,视野改变就诊的 32例患者的临床资料。结果 :32例病人中 ,确诊为颅脑肿瘤的 2 1例 ,其中 ,脑垂体瘤 12例 ,脑膜瘤 5例 ,空蝶鞍 2例 ,胶质瘤 1例 ,颅咽管瘤 1例。另外的 11例确诊为脑梗塞。结论 :对视力下降及视野缺损的病人一定要全面查体 ,进行必要的CT、MRI及视野检查 ,做出明确诊断 ,以免延误治疗时机

The Clinical Analysis of Cerebral Tumors Found by the Eye Signsfirst

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and diagnostic methods for cerebral tumor found by the eye signs first.Methods 32 cases were analysed retrospectively,the main signs were visual loss and (or)visual field changed.Results 21 cases were diagnosed as cerebral tumor,including 12 cases with pituitary adenoma,5 cases with meningioma, 2 cases with,empty sella 1 case with glioma,1 case with craniopharyngioma.The other 11 cases were diagnosed as cerebral infarction.Conclutions It is nessesary for the patients described above to perform CT MRI and visual field,to be made for a definite diagnosis in order to avoid delaying the treatment opportunity.
