| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电刺激生物反馈联合盆底肌肉训练治疗子宫脱垂患者的护理。方法：对我院2010年1月～2012年1月确诊的62例子宫脱垂患者接受神经肌肉刺激仪联合盆底肌肉训练,配合相应的护理,以提高疗效。结果：62例患者经治疗后随访3～6个月,均有明显好转。结论：采用神经肌肉刺激仪联合盆底肌肉训练治疗女性子宫脱垂的同时加以有效护理,可提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing in the patients with uterine prolapse treated by electrical stimulation and pelvic floor muscle training.Methods：The 62 cases of female patients with uterine prolapse received the therapy with electrical stimulation and care or guide to strengthen the function of the pelvic floor muscle and do exercise to improve efficacy with self-help rehabilitation in their family.Results：The 62 patients were followed-up about 3-6 months after treatment and nursing,the results showed a significant improvement of the effective.Conclusion：The effective nursing and health education could improve the therapeutic effect of the female patients with uterine prolapse to make effective exercise of their pelvic floor muscle at the same time of that they were treated by electrical stimulation. |
