| 摘 要： | 本文对广州市1,093例(男,804例;女,289例)肺癌死者的吸烟情况与肺癌细胞类型的关系进行了分析。分析项目除包括有无吸烟史外,对吸烟者还考虑其吸烟强度(吸烟指数),以及主、被动吸烟情况。结果表明:吸烟主要是诱发鳞癌,特别是与男性肺鳞癌关系密切。吸烟强度与鳞癌的比例存在着剂量-反应关系,即随着吸烟指数的增大,鳞癌比例也增加。被动吸烟似亦有使鳞癌比例升高的倾向。但本研究对吸烟与腺癌的关系尚未能得出明确的结论,有待于进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | An analysis of the relationship between smoking and lung cancer cell type is carried out on 1,093 cases lung cancer deaths (M, 8 0 4 cases ; F cases). The items include three parts: smoking history, degree of smoking (smoking index), and active or passive smoking. The results show that smoking mainly induce epidermoid carcinoma (EC), and is especially related to EC in male. There is a positive dose-response relationship between smoking index and the percentage of EC. Such trend seems to exist in passive smoking as well. There isn' t a definite answer on relation between smoking and adenocarcinoma in this study yet. It remains to be. investigated. |
