中国大陆黑斑息肉综合征临床荟萃分析

目的 探讨黑斑息肉综合征的临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后.方法 汇总分析了1995～2006年期间252篇国内文献报道的1133例黑斑息肉综合征患者的临床资料.结果 全国各省市自治区均有病例报道,黑斑分布以头部及手足为常见,以大肠息肉最为常见,病理以错构瘤性息肉和腺瘤性息肉为主,易合并恶性肿瘤.结论 黑斑息肉综合征近年来报导有明显增多的趋势,值得重视.

Clinical Analysis of the Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome in Chinese Mainland

Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome(PJS) in Chinese mainland.Methods Retrospective analysis was made in 252 papers about PJS from 1995 to 2006.ResultsPJS was present in every province of China.Most pigmentations were present on head or around the tip of the finger and toe.Most polyps were present in colon and recta.The pathological type of most polyps was hamartomas and adenoma.The incidence rate of cancer was high in patients with PJS.Conclusions The incidence rate of PJS were obeserved to increase in resent years.
