早产儿红细胞中氧化剂和抗氧化剂的时序性变化及其对策

摘    要:正常情况下,机体存在强大的抗氧化系统,氧化剂和抗氧化剂的平衡是维持组织细胞功能稳定的条件。早产儿由于胎龄小,组织器官发育不成熟,易出现低氧血症,常需氧疗,缺氧缺血引起再灌注和(或)氧疗增加了氧自由基的量,常成为早产儿红细胞寿命缩短的原因之一。本文就早产儿红细胞内抗氧化剂的时序性变化及其对策予以综述。

Abstract:There is an antioxidant system in human body,and the balance between oxidant and antioxidant keep stable function of histocyte.Because of small for gartational age,immature organic development will in premature,it often occurs to hypoxemia and depends on oxygen.Because of hypoxic/ischemic/reperfusion injury and oxygen cure,the content of oxygen free radical increases.It is one of the most cause of short-life red blood cell for premature.This article reviewed the changes of time and sequence of Oxidant/Antio...
