早产儿红细胞中氧化剂和抗氧化剂的时序性变化及其对策

正常情况下,机体存在强大的抗氧化系统,氧化剂和抗氧化剂的平衡是维持组织细胞功能稳定的条件。早产儿由于胎龄小,组织器官发育不成熟,易出现低氧血症,常需氧疗,缺氧缺血引起再灌注和(或)氧疗增加了氧自由基的量,常成为早产儿红细胞寿命缩短的原因之一。本文就早产儿红细胞内抗氧化剂的时序性变化及其对策予以综述。
