加压锁定接骨板内固定术治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效观察

目的：探讨加压锁定接骨板内固定术治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法：选取采用掌侧入路加压锁定接骨板内固定术治疗的30例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行分析，随访记录患者骨折处愈合情况和关节功能恢复情况。结果：术后平均随访观察8个月，骨折平均愈合7．6周，Dienst功能疗效评价优良率为93．3％。结论：采用掌侧入路的加压锁定接骨板内固定术治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折，解剖复位效果良好，功能恢复显著，安全可靠。

Curative Effect Observation of Distal Radius Comminuted Fracture with Locking Compression Plate Internal Fixation Treatment

Objective： To investigate the comminuted fractures of the distal radius with locking compression plate fixation in the treatment efficacy. Methods： Choose 30 patients with clinical data in of distal radius I Department of orthopedics treatment with the volar locking compression plate internal fixation of lateral approach, record follow-up of patients with fracture healing and joint func- tion recovery. Results：the mean follow-up was 8 months after operation, the average healing was 7.6 weeks, the excellent rate of functional effect using Dienst evaluation was 93.3 %. Conclusion. the distal radius comminuted fracture were performed volar loc- king compression plate fixation in the treatment of lateral approach, anatomic reduction effect is good, showing significant functional recovery , safe and reliable.
