中药联合体外震波碎石治疗肾结石疗效观察

目的：探讨中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法：将100例肾结石患者随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组仅给予体外震波碎石术，观察组在此基础上加服中药排石汤治疗，比较两组排石效果及肾功能恢复情况。结果：观察组结石平均排净时间与人均碎石次数均明显小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组排石总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组患者肾功能指标SCr与BuN水平恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石治疗肾结石的疗效优于单独使用体外震波碎石术，值得临床推广应用。

Study of Chinese Medicine Combined with Extracorporeal Shock-wave lithotomy in the Treatment of Kidney Stones

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotomy （ESWL） in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods： 100 patients with kidney stones were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group only received ESWL treatment, patients in the observation group received Chinese medicine combined with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotomy, the effect and renal function recovery were compared. Results, The kidney calculus excretion time and the number of per capita gravel were significantly less in the observation group than that in the control group, there was significant （ P %0.05）. The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher,the renal function recovery such as SCr and BUN levels was significantly better than that in the control group,there was sig nifieant（ P %0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine combined with extracorporeal shock-wave lithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones is superior to only ESWL treatment,worthy of clinical application.
