恩度联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌临床观察

目的：探讨恩度联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法：选取中晚期食管癌患者78例，随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。对照组采用同步放化疗治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用恩度。判断两组的疗效和1、2年生存率。结果：随访2年后，治疗组的总有效率为83．8％，总受益率为100．0％；对照组总有效率55．5％，总受益率为91．6％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组1年生存率为81．1％，2年生存率为56．8％，对照组分别为58．3％和36．1％，两组相比，差异有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论：恩度联合同步放化疗可以提高中晚期食管癌的疗效，延长1、2年生存率，但是远期疗效仍待进一步观察。

Clinical Observation of Endostar Combined Synchronous Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Treatment in Advanced Esophageal

Objective：Explore the clinical efficacy of Endostar combined synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treat ment of advanced esophageal. Methods：Selected 74 cases for treatment of advanced esophageal, patients were randomly divided into experilnental 40 cases and control groups 38 eases. Control group with concurrent ehemoradiation therapy, The treatment group was added Endostar.. Determine the efficacy of the two groups and the 1,2year survival period after treatment. Results：After 2 years of follow-up, the treatment total effective rate was 83.8%, total benefit rate 100% ; Control group, the total effective rate was 55. 5%, 91.6% of the total benefit rate, Significant difference （P〈0.05） in the two groups; In treatment group, the 1-year survival rate was 81.1%, the 2-year survival rate was 56. 8%, the control group was 58. 3% and 36. 1%, respectively, compared two groups, there is significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conchlsion： Endostar joint synchronous chemoradiotherapy can improve the efficacy of advanced esophageal cancer,and extend the 1-and 2-year survival rate, however, the long-term efficacy remains to be further observed.
