外用型中药治疗小儿湿疹临床效果分析

目的：观察中药外用治疗小儿湿疹的临床效果。方法：选取64例小儿湿疹患儿，随机将其分成观察组与对照组各32例。观察组患儿采用外用型中药治疗，对照组采用炉甘石洗剂治疗，对两组惠儿的治疗效果进行比较。结果：通过1～2个疗程的治疗，观察组有效率为87．5％，对照组有效率为68．8％。观察组有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用外用型中药治疗小儿湿疹，不仅可以提高患儿的治疗效果，还可以降低感染率。

Clinical Analysis of Topical Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Children with Eczema

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of treatment of infantile eczema with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： 64 cases of infantile eczema in children in our hospital from 2010 November--2013 year in January, were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, each group of 32 cases. The observation group of 32 cases with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group were treated with calamine lotion, and compare the curative effects in the two groups. Results：show that the treatment effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：of infantile eczema treated by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, not only can improve the treatment of children, but also can reduce the incidence of infection.
