美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效分析

目的：观察关托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效。方法：将76例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组，对照组38例采用常规治疗，观察组38例在常规治疗基础上采用关托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗，对比观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效、发作频率、持续时间和发作间期的变化。结果：观察组的总有效率为89．5％，高于对照组的63．2％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后发作频率、持续时间明显减少（P〈0．05），发作间期明显延长（P〈0.05）。并且观察组治疗后发作频率、持续时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.05），发作间期明显长于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：关托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸对不稳定心绞痛患者进行治疗，疗效显著，服药安全、方便，值得临床推广应用。

The Effect Analysis of Metoprolol Succinate Sunstaned-Release Tablets Combined with Shexiangbaoxin Pill in Treatment with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective：To observe the effect of metoprolol succinate sunstaned release tablets combined with shexiangbaoxin pill in treatment with unstable angina pectoris. Methods：From June 2009 to June 2011, 76 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, which control group with 38 cases was treated with normal therapy and observation group with 38 cases was treated with metoprolol suecinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with shexiangbaoxin pill. The clinical effective and sei zure frequency, duration and interictal period between the two groups were compared. Results ： The total effective rate in observa- tion group was 89.5~, which significantly higher than that in control group with 63.2~（P~O. 05）. After treatment, the seizure frequency and interictal period in observation group were significantly decreased（P~0.05）, the seizure duration was significantly prolonged（P〈0. 05 ）. Moreover, the the seizure frequency and interictal period in observation group were significantly less than those in control group（P〈0.05）, the seizure duration was significantly longer than that in control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Metoprolol succinate sunstaned-release tablets combined with shexiangbaoxin pill in treatment with unstable angina pectoris is signif- icantly effective, safe and convenient, which can be applied in clinic.
